Foreign Pilot Assistant

As a Personal Assistant in Shanghai, I provide comprehensive support to foreign pilots during their Screening Week, ensuring a seamless experience despite the language barriers. I specialize in assisting pilots with job interviews, medical tests, and flight assessments with Chinese airlines. Acting as a liaison between the pilots and local facilities, I facilitate clear communication and smooth coordination throughout the week.

My services include:

• airport pickup to ensure a warm welcome and transportation to their accommodations.
• I also provide a detailed explanation of the program’s schedule, offering clarity on job interviews, medical tests, and other important locations.
• As an experienced interpreter, I am here to assist throughout the week, ensuring effective communication for all parties involved.
• Additionally, I excel in managing document logistics, overseeing paperwork, and ensuring all necessary signatures are obtained.

Since 2016, I have been collaborating with multiple recruiting agencies and Chinese airlines to tackle communication challenges and support foreign pilots in navigating the aviation landscape in China.

Moreover, I serve as a dedicated Medical Test Assistant, accompanying pilots to hospitals, facilitating communication with medical staff, and ensuring the completion of all required procedures.

My fee structure is as follows:

• an hourly rate of 150 yuan (minimum of 4 hours),
• a full day rate of 1000 yuan (8 hours), and
• a full day with evening rate of 1500 yuan.

Please note that travel and hotel costs are not included. In my role, I am committed to eliminating communication obstacles and ensuring a smooth experience for foreign pilots in China’s aviation industry.
